Reiki is learnt and taught at different levels. I currently offer Levels 1 & 2 workshops over a two day course. The next of these is in the school holidays, on Thursday 7th & Friday 8th October from 10am – 3pm each day.
Reiki for Teens, First Degree offers and includes:
- a powerful, private tool for self regulation and management of big emotions
- a tangible way to manage anxious thinking
- a small gift, alongside training materials, to take home
- the ability to use Reiki on themselves and others (though not commercially at this level)
- the first step on their Reiki journey, should they wish to persue it in future.

Simply put, Reiki is healing through the hands. It is a beautiful, non-invasive, healing art which is complimentary to any treatment and works by stimulating the energy of the body to heal itself. It is particularly successful in rebalancing the mind and body, reducing anxiety, and increasing energy.

What is Reiki?

I currently only offer distance healing Reiki sessions.
In-person Reiki is done at my studio either sitting in a chair or lying fully clothed on the Reiki table (with a rug to keep you snug!) I place my hands at different positions and channel energy with an intention that we discuss before the healing session begins. I often receive information that you may or may not choose to know after the session (this is always your choice).
Reiki Healing appointments last approximately an hour.
Distance Reiki can be booked and completed at any time – you do not need to be doing anything or lying down to receive it. We will have a Zoom consultation prior to me sending Reiki to you and discuss what it is you need assistance with. I will then send Reiki and if you desire to know any information that comes to me during the healing, I will follow this up with an email to you. Distance Reiki sessions can occur from anywhere in the world.
